Plans, seats, trial end, and payment method.

Your trial

Every new workspace starts on a 14-day Pro trial — all six modules unlocked, 5 seats, no card on file. You can see the days remaining in the top-right of /app and on the /app/billing page.

The trial isn’t a "you must enter a card or lose access" tactic. When the trial ends without a paid plan, you’re downgraded to the Starter module set (Documents, Projects, Notes, Boards) and your data stays — HR and Chat just hide from the sidebar until you upgrade.

Plans and pricing

Three paid plans in THB, billed monthly or yearly. **Starter** — 290 THB/mo (or 2,900/year), 3 seats, includes Documents & Tax, Projects, Notes, Boards. **Pro** — 990 THB/mo (or 9,900/year), 15 seats, everything in Starter plus HR and Chat. **Business** — 2,490 THB/mo (or 24,900/year), 50 seats, everything in Pro plus audit log, SSO, and custom roles.

Annual billing saves you roughly two months’ worth of monthly billing. There are no per-module add-ons or "contact us for pricing" tiers — what you see on /#pricing is what you pay.

Upgrading to a paid plan

Open /app/billing and click "Upgrade" on the plan you want. We hand you off to the Stripe-hosted billing portal — no credit card data ever touches FirmWorks. After successful payment Stripe pings our webhook and your modules unlock immediately.

You can upgrade at any time during the trial without losing trial days. We pro-rate the trial credit against the new plan’s first invoice so you never pay for time you’re not using.

Adding seats

Each plan has a soft seat cap (Starter 3, Pro 15, Business 50). Hitting the cap shows a banner at /app/settings/members; click "Upgrade seats" and Stripe’s billing portal pro-rates the additional seats against the rest of your billing cycle.

You can also remove seats from the Stripe portal — pro-rated credit applies to your next invoice. Members you remove from /app/settings/members lose access immediately, but their authored content (invoices, notes, tasks) stays under the workspace.

Updating payment method

On /app/billing click "Manage in Stripe" — that opens the Stripe-hosted portal where you can swap cards, change billing address, switch monthly↔yearly, and download invoices. Changes propagate back to FirmWorks via the Stripe webhook.

If a charge fails, you’ll see a banner at the top of /app and we’ll retry on Stripe’s default schedule. Repeated failures send an email to the workspace owners; the workspace stays usable for a grace period before modules collapse.

Cancelling or downgrading

Cancel from "Manage in Stripe" → "Cancel plan". You stay on the paid plan through the end of the current billing period and downgrade to Starter (or to nothing-paid) at the renewal date. We don’t auto-delete your workspace.

If you need a refund or have a billing question that the Stripe portal doesn’t answer, reply to any FirmWorks email and a real person picks it up within one business day, Bangkok hours.
