Kanban boards with custom columns and drag-and-drop cards.

Creating a board

Boards live at /app/kanban. Click "New board", give it a name and optional description, and you land on an empty board ready for columns. Each workspace can have any number of boards — one for each team, project, sprint, or workflow you’re running.

Every new workspace seeds with a "Welcome board" pre-populated with To do / Doing / Done columns so you have somewhere to drop your first tasks immediately.

Columns

Add a column from the "+ Column" button at the right edge of the board. Columns have a name and an optional WIP limit. Reorder columns by dragging their headers; rename or delete them from the column menu.

Common patterns: To do / Doing / Done; Backlog / This sprint / In review / Shipped; New / Triaged / Investigating / Resolved. Pick whatever maps to how the team actually works — there’s no fixed schema.

Cards and drag-and-drop

Cards have a title, optional description, optional assignee (any workspace member), optional due date, and optional labels. Drag a card to change its status (across columns) or its priority within a column.

Click a card to open the detail panel — that’s where you edit description, due date, attachments, and the comment thread. Closing the panel returns you to the board with the card in place.

Filters

The filter bar at the top of the board lets you scope by assignee, label, or due-date range. Filters are visual — they hide non-matching cards but don’t move or delete them. Clearing filters brings the full board back instantly.
